IMPORTANT: NO REFUNDS POLICY
ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID TO YOPTAG ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, early cancellation, or failure to use the Service. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all subscription purchases made through Yoptag ("Service"), a product of Global Mentor Corporation located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. Subscription Plans
Yoptag offers the following subscription plans:
Social Media Champion
Personal branding and social media management features including AI content creation, multi-platform scheduling, autopilot campaigns, and media storage.
SEO Champion
Comprehensive SEO tools including keyword rank tracking, Google Analytics integration, site audits, competitor analysis, and schema generation.
Users may subscribe to either plan or both plans based on their needs. All plans are billed monthly.
3. Free Trial
We offer a 3-day free trial to all new users. During the trial period:
- You have full access to all features of the selected plan(s)
- No payment information is required to start the trial
- The trial automatically expires after 3 days
- No charges will be made unless you actively subscribe after the trial
We strongly encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate the Service during the free trial period before committing to a paid subscription, as no refunds will be provided after payment.
4. No Refunds Policy
Once a subscription payment is processed, it is final and non-refundable. This policy applies to:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Any add-on purchases or upgrades
- Payments for additional features or services
- Automatic renewal charges
No refunds will be provided for:
- Dissatisfaction with the Service or its features
- Failure to use the Service during the billing period
- Early cancellation of subscription
- Changes in personal or business circumstances
- Duplicate purchases or accidental subscriptions
- Technical issues that do not render the Service completely unusable
- Third-party platform API changes or limitations
- Changes to Service features or functionality
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to all features until the subscription expires
- No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused time
- Automatic renewal will be disabled, and no future charges will be made
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow for account recovery or data export
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems
6. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
- Renewal charges are processed on the same date each month
- You will receive a reminder email before each renewal
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing date
- Renewal charges are also non-refundable once processed
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. If we change the price of your subscription, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice. The new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
8. Account Termination by Yoptag
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service. In such cases:
- No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period
- Access to the Service will be immediately revoked
- Your data may be deleted without prior notice
9. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional circumstances, Yoptag may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider providing account credits (not cash refunds) for extended service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours that are directly caused by Yoptag's infrastructure and not by third-party services. Such credits, if granted, will be applied to future billing cycles and have no cash value.
10. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@yoptag.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
Warning: Filing chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination and may result in collection action for any outstanding amounts.
11. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Changes may take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the modified Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
