By accessing or using Yoptag ("Service"), a product of Global Mentor Corporation located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Yoptag offers two main subscription plans:

  • Multi-platform post scheduling and publishing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Autopilot campaign management and automation
  • Content calendar and scheduling tools
  • Media vault for asset storage
  • Quick post functionality for instant publishing

SEO Champion

Comprehensive SEO and analytics features:

  • Keyword rank tracking and monitoring
  • Google Analytics integration and insights
  • Google Search Console integration
  • Site audit and technical SEO analysis
  • Competitor analysis and tracking
  • Schema generator for structured data
  • Sitemap generator
  • Meta tags analyzer
  • Carbon footprint calculator
  • Digital presence monitoring

Users may choose either plan or both based on their needs. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial period. The trial automatically expires after 3 days.

Billing

  • All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • You may subscribe to Social Media Champion, SEO Champion, or both plans
  • Payment is processed through approved third-party payment processors
  • We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days advance notice

No Refunds Policy

ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once payment is processed, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for early cancellation. You may continue to use the Service until your subscription period ends.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Spread malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Engage in spamming or unauthorized advertising
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create, upload, or publish through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features based on your inputs remains your intellectual property. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are owned by Yoptag and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including:

  • Payment Processing: PayPal
  • AI Services: OpenAI
  • Authentication: Clerk
  • Infrastructure: Vercel, Prisma

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party services.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOPTAG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yoptag and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Harmful conduct toward other users or the Service
  • Extended period of inactivity
  • Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@yoptag.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with legal action in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Changes may take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
